Can you believe it! Our first MOPS meeting is tomorrow (Wednesday) morning, starting at 9am. We have had many new moms contacting us over the past two weeks and we are so excited about the new friendships and community we will have this year.
Just a few reminders for tomorrow:
New Entrance - Please enter through the Oasis entrance, which is the far door to the right as you pull in the parking lot. There will be signs and balloons to guide you. If you have a baby you are more than welcome to bring a stroller. (I know those car seat carriers get a bit heavy.) Please park your stroller along the hallway outside our meeting room (room 146) after you've dropped off your child in MOPPETS.
Speaking of MOPPETS - Our MOPPETS workers are ready and available to take your children at 8:45am. Our meeting starts at 9 so please consider arriving a bit earlier to check in and register your children. (Just think, the earlier you drop them off, the more time for you to relax and enjoy fellowship with other moms.) Each child must be signed in at their appropriate room. All rooms will be marked and steering members and small group leaders will be there to help and guide you. Please be sure to label EVERYTHING. Sippy cups, bottles, pacifiers, etc. If it will be pulled out of the bag for use, label it. If you are nursing, a MOPPET worker will come and get you when your child is getting fussy. MOPS Happenings
Please join us for a play date on Wednesday, September 16 at 10:30am. We will meet at Texas Twn park right across the street from Southridge. Wear your MOPS shirt if you have one. We hope to see you there!!
